The service is for adults. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service, create accounts automatically, or resell access.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, and will remove accounts used to harass others or attempt illegal activity.

There is a daily message limit so the service stays affordable and available. Limits may change.

The service is provided as-is. AI-generated replies can be wrong, inconsistent, or oddly worded. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy or continuity.

There is a free plan you can stay on indefinitely. Paid plans are optional, are priced on the plans page, and are never presented through emotional pressure or fabricated urgency.

Valeria will never ask you for money, gifts or payments of any kind. If you ever receive a message that appears to do so, it is not legitimate — please report it.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
